Collaborating with the team, you'll be responsible for pulling items from the warehouse, accurately labeling and packaging products, operating various food processing equipment, accurately measuring ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently are essential to this role.

**Compensation**:
$13 - $15 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate food processing equipment such as mixers, blenders, ovens, and filling machines
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to maintain product quality and consistency
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Package and label finished items for shipment
- Maintain adherence to safety guidelines and food safety regulations
- Stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and regularly lift/move 60 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Display meticulous attention to detail while working with precision
- Efficiently manage time and communicate effectively within the team
- Follow written and verbal instructions

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred, especially in food production or manufacturing
- Proficient computer skills
- Capability to lift 60 lbs repetitively
- Understanding and adhering to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Ability to initiate, prioritize tasks, and solve problems logically
- Willingness to work independently or collaboratively as needed
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing conditions
- Able to work 40 hr weeks
