**A BA/BS is preferred, but you can complete RBT and then work with our clients We are looking for passionate people with a background in Human Development, social work, psychology, or behavioral health and people who have experience working with this population. The pay rate is determined based on**:
- 1. Experience 30%
- 2. Training 25%
- 3. Education 20%
- 4. Skill level 15%
- 5. Interview questions 10%
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
