**Position Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire network and system infrastructure to ensure proper configuration, implementation, maintenance, security, and monitoring.
- Possess broad infrastructure skills across network, server, storage, and client computing, including all devices used to support manufacturing business processes.
- Develop and enforce standards for implementing technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Knowledge and experience with cloud computing, particularly in Azure.
- Monitor the logical and physical security of the network, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for technology infrastructure administration and project management.
- Establish and maintain key technology services metrics, measurements, and related reporting capabilities of KPIs as directed by the supervisor. Identify areas for improvement in metrics and propose solutions.
- Lead IT initiatives at the plant level, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Advocate and implement ITIL framework practices tailored to a mid-size company's needs.
- Manage day-to-day activities within the Service Desk, ensuring responsive and effective support services.
- Deliver against the security and infrastructure roadmap, coordinating with various teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage the Microsoft 365 Environment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with best practices.
- Supports delivery and execution against Security program initiatives.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other department leads to align IT infrastructure and security measures with overall business strategies.
- Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring robustness and rapid response capabilities.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that services and products meet our standards and contribute to our objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in our IT practices.
- Provides exceptional customer service support in all client computing scenarios.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and security.
- Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 environments and implementing ITIL framework practices.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CCNA, Network+, Azure) are a plus.

**Physical Requirements**

Regularly required to stand at least 9 hours, walk, bend, and use both hands for repetitive grasping, and lifting.
