**Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep track of daily operations, track performance, and make recommendations for improvement when needed
- Order and manage supplies and inventory, coordinate with accounting & finance departments to stay within budget
- Develop procedures & protocols (e.g. checklists) to be distributed to personnel
- Communicate & coordinate with staff (executive operations team) & vendors
- Train & onboard new staff to ensure compliance with SOP
- Develop and implement department wide quality controls
- Recommend new procedures to improve daily operations
- Communicate with operations manager & staff members & vendors to ensure compliance with protocols at key touchpoints
- Help the operations manager with development, planning and coordination
- Ensure operations are in compliance with local & national regulations
