**Qualifications**
- IT Management Experience Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience. (required)
- Supervision Experience in supervising staff, setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting performance evaluations. (required)
- Communication Experience in presenting complex technical information publicly to both technical and non-technical audiences. (required)
- Development Languages Working knowledge of relevant web and mobile development languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CSS preprocessors, C#.NET, Razor, JavaScript frameworks) and best practices. (preferred)
