**Essential Job Functions**
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
- Oversee IT budgets, and vendor relationships, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Provide creative and simple solutions in relation to data delivery to clients, vendors, and staff.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Information Technology.
- Solid understanding and practical use Microsoft SQL Server
- Working knowledge of Visual Basic and Powershell.
- Can utilize SharePoint in conjunction with our Vendors and Clients.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $101,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
