The Horst Group, a growing Lancaster-based, family-owned, multi-company organization is seeking a **Full-Time Lifestyle Director**. A Lifestyle Director provides a variety of support to the community's Board of Directors and community residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead events in conjunction with the Social Committee for the community
- Attend events as needed
- Manage club house rentals
- Assist all committees as necessary
- Create promotion materials for events and classes
- Maintains current Resident Directory
- Create and maintain monthly event calendar
- Produce weekly newsletter
- Maintain community webpage
- Any other responsibilities as requested by the Board and/or the HOA
- Coordinate clubhouse maintenance with the Building & Grounds Committee
- Light cleaning/restocking

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or business degree in hospitality preferred, or experience working in a similar position
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.; Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
