Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Language: Spanish is required as many of our clients speak Spanish
Location: San Fernando Valley
Service Setting: In-home delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Job Summary: Provide specialized ABA services and program supervision and management for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Perform functional behavior assessments for in-home ABA treatment.
2. Design individualized ABA programs.
3. Train parents and staff in the delivery of customized behavioral interventions for the treatment of problem behaviors and skill deficits.
4. Make regular supervision visits to client’s homes to oversee intervention delivery and provide ongoing parent consultation.
5. Create data collection systems for interventionists.
6. Review and report outcomes of skills training and behavioral interventions.
7. Write assessment and progress reports
8. Train mid-tier supervisors in writing progress reports and creating programs.
9. Lead and support case team meetings to promote treatment uniformity.
10. Participate in clinical meetings with other supervisors and upper management.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in one of the following disciplines:
psychology, behavior science, education, child development, or any other related field.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
