Looking for a Lead Barista for Tutto Caffe East Hampton

Front of House Leadership & knowledge of different coffee preparations

Create and serve coffee drinks to the high standards set by the Caffe
Excellent hospitality skills, greet every customer; serve and anticipate customer/client needs with the best possible customer service throughout the entire space.

Present and explain the rotating menu to a clientele of both coffee connoisseurs and the general public.

Provide continued training for baristas both in service and in the brew lab to continually develop the team’s coffee and customer services skills, and to ensure that every drink prepared is exceptional.

Oversee and maintain inventory of things necessary to the success of the operation

Ensure customer service areas remain spotless throughout the day, lending support to the team, including the Tasting Room, hallway, and restrooms. Wash dishes throughout the day and maintain a pristine service environment.

Aid the Manager in building a sustainable schedule for the baristas, including offering coverage when needed.

Support a culture that attracts, retains, and develops the highest quality Baristas in the industry.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
