**Your daily work schedule**:

- Billing new and used car deliveries, as well as wholesale and swaps.
- Process all in transit DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain police book in Verify.
- Stocking in vehicles, manage plates and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Processes pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails to appropriate financial institution.
- Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

**Qualities we're looking for**:

- Experience preferred, with knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite and Verify, but willing to train the right person.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- This is for a full-time position with alternating Saturdays/Sundays.
- Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire in a professional matter.
- You have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
