**A Brief Overview**
Installation, Maintenance & Support for security related systems & AV solutions.

**What you will do**
- Utilizing Holy Name IT ticketing system to work on assigned incident and project based tasks
- Collaborating with internal staff and outside vendors on project based tasks
- Involved in the planning and design of future security and AV projects
- Available for after hours emergency work/repair
- All other duties as assigned

**Education Qualifications**
- High School Diploma Required

**Experience Qualifications**
- 4-6 years Experience in a customer service role in a professional environment. Preferred

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Low Voltage
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Alarm architecture and logic
- Computer hardware/software installation and configuration

**Licenses and Certifications**
- Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI) Upon Hire Preferred
