**Position Summary**:We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business Operations Coordinator, Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing and enhancing customer interactions and driving our _**marketing**_ and _**sales**_ initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience.
- Develop and execute electronic data marketing strategies and electronic sales campaigns.
- Engage in data prospecting to identify and cultivate new client relationships.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role in business operations.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
