**Who We're Looking For**:

- No Experience Necessary: While sales experience is a plus, we'll provide the training you need to thrive in the role.

**What You'll Do**:
**Roofing**
- Attend training in office and in the field for the first month
- Meet at our office for weekly sales meetings and work with your supervisor regularly for ongoing training
- Meet with prospective clients (inbound and outbound), inspecting the exterior and sometimes interior of homes for storm damage
- Sign preliminary contracts with clients and meet with insurance adjusters to show them storm damage
- Maintain a positive and open line of communication with your clients throughout their relationship with SmartRoof

**Solar**
- Go through our 2-week solar sales fastrack launch
- Set appointments for homeowners interested in solar
- Become an expert in renewable energy and the benefits of solar
- Learn how to close solar deals through the #1 and #2 most effective method
- Attend daily team meetings

- Expected earnings of $80,000 to $250,000 - with upside potential for more

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
