Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 base salary + Commission of net profit from deals closed.

Position Description: As a Disposition Representative, you'll play a crucial role in selling properties to our investors, both English and Spanish-speaking. Your responsibilities include managing the sales process, building relationships with investors, and ensuring successful property transactions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Must have a laptop
- Need to have experience in a real estate disposition role
- Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills
- Able to work in our Lakeview office 5 days per week
- Reliable transportation

Who We Are Looking For:We’re seeking an experienced, high performing, and motivated disposition manager who is bilingual in Spanish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a quick learner, willing to do what’s required, then we may be a good fit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales process for our investment properties
- Build and maintain relationships with top investors in the area, including Spanish-speaking clients
- Coordinate with the acquisition team and administrative staff
- Make outgoing calls to existing and potential investors, both English and Spanish-speaking
- Ensure a consistent and efficient sales pipeline
- Record information in our online system
- Provide exceptional customer service to investors
