**Project Leader - Ambulatory Care - Queens**
The Project Leader is responsible for leading identified internal and external projects, for contributing to the successful delivery and completion of these initiatives, and for working to ensure continuous improvement. In addition, they will ensure quality of data presentation improves budgeting and monitoring capabilities, benchmarks, and determines long range plans for operational and process improvements. They will work with the Queens Ambulatory Care Network team to own and manage projects, events, and other analyses to assist with hospital operations.
This is a full-time position based out of our NYP/Queens Hospital. Hours will be 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays required.
**Preferred Criteria**:
- Master’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry and in a clinical or community relations setting
- Project management experience
- Epic experience
**Required Criteria**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of previous work-related experience
- Ability to work independently and partner with necessary stakeholders

**Salary Range**:
$97,000-$145,000/Annual
