Job Summary:

- Review and generation of SOPs and necessary documents to maintain system compliance.
- Monitor performance of quality control systems and staff to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and ensure that SSOPs, regulatory requirements of GMPs and HACCP plans are met.
- Coach laboratory technicians and production operators in new programs developed to improve the quality system.
- Perform procedure validation activities.
- General key performance indicator reports (KPI).
- Reporting of the completion of quality system documentation
- Coordinate with quality related contract service providers.
- Participate with the ability to learn and host internal and external audits.
- Monitor and investigate investigations for customer complaints and CAPA programs.
- Analyze operational problems, identifies solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Assists in creating and administering Quality System Trainings.
- Host and participate in continuous improvement and food safety meetings.
- Work closely with the quality team to achieve team and company goals.
- Assist Quality Manager with other duties as required

Education Requirement:
Minimum four-year degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field

**Experience**:

- Proven 2-4 years experience in a quality assurance/quality control/food safety role
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers
- Attendance and understanding common auditing procedures
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
