- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- A sales-support oriented attitude is a must

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with quoting group benefit plans for new and existing clients
- Administer various employee benefit programs, such as group health, health savings accounts, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability, life insurance, and 401(k)
- Lead multiple Open Enrollment processes and ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments
- Develop enrollment materials, communications, system configuration, testing, and auditing.
- Assist clients with Benefits, claim issues, 401k plans, enrollment, onboarding, and termination
- Maintain online enrollment portal for client administration
- Coordinate carrier file updates and troubleshoot system and carrier file errors
- Maintain department reporting, filing, and responsible for upkeep of process manual
- Proactively solve problems and improve procedures for efficiency and productivity

Support special projects and data analysis as needed for benefits related requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
