**HEALTHPOINTE IS SEEKING A SUPPLY CLERK / PROPERTY MANAGER TO JOIN OUR GROWING COMPANY**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Supply Chain Management team oversees the purchase of equipment, merchandise and supplies within the organization’s guidelines for cost, quality and accurate delivery. The Property Management team looks after buildings to make sure they are in good working order, looks clean and well maintained.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage property capital and repair projects in regard to timeline, communication, vendor coordination, etc.
- Directs all personnel and resources to ensure that the facility is maintained to the best possible physical condition within the limits of the established budget.
- Work hands-on to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the property.
- Directs the work to prepare units for occupancy and enforces site's admission policies.
- Operate, plan and maintain the supply room containing a variety of supplies and equipment
- Prepare and maintain records of requisitions for supplies and equipment, and to keep adequate stock on hand
- Order standard or special items directly from vendor, and participates
- Fill requests for supplies and equipment according to parameters set by organization.
- Take bi-monthly inventory of supplies and reconcile against perpetual inventory and other records.
- Arrange for office equipment repairs, direct others in taking inventory or in moving supplies.
- Maintains records of the facility's business transactions and storage operations, prepares monthly financial, administrative and maintenance reports as required.
- Mark discrepancies on invoices, as well as accept delivery and record items received
- Oversee vendors in regard to housekeeping and custodial tasks of the property.
- Participates in bidding process and has on-site responsibility for completed contract work.
- Responds calmly, fairly and professionally to resident complaints.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods is required.
- Ability to lift product up to 30 lbs. is required.
- Good oral & written communication skills with the ability to negotiate with salespeople
- Strong math, analytical & counting skills strongly preferred.
- Basic PC knowledge with a focus on data entry and Excel are strongly preferred
- Must possess knowledge in methods and procedures involved in the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment.
- Must possess knowledge involved in the maintenance of accurate inventory records.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, assign effective priorities to tasks and to operate with a certain level of autonomy is needed.
- Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity & be able perform job duties with mínimal supervision on a timely basis

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:

- Minimum 1 year of inventory or purchasing experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of property management experience preferred
- Common knowledge of medical supplies and equipment, and their proper methods of storage preferred, but not required.
- Associates Degree or higher
