Key Responsibilities:

- **2 years experience in office work with excellent customer service skills**:

- Answer and direct all incoming calls with excellent people skills and high energy
- Handle a large volume of calls and walk in's efficiently
- Self Motivated with a positive attitude
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with YARDI Voyager software is advantageous.
- Experience in the Property Management industry
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Capable of photoshopping/cropping and resizing photographs for website use
- Post ads for rentals on our company website
- Strong marketing, communication and social media skills (Instagram, twitter and Facebook).
- Knowledge of reading a credit report and understanding FICO scores is preferable.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Background check and drug test required for all applicants.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
