Broadridge has earned a reputation for AI leadership in the FinTech sector with client facing products such as BondGPT and OpsGPT. The company is now looking for high energy leader to drive an ambitious agenda to create AI enabled products in Wealth, Asset Management, and Capital Markets. This leader will work with the leaders of these Broadridge business units to create and deliver this strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify AI market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation with AI
- Drive use case ideation and analysis to create a prioritized a backlog of AI solutions that meets the needs of our customers and align with our objectives for profitable growth
- Work with BU product teams to define business cases for these use cases with clear stage gates to manage the lifecycle from prototype through broadly adopted products
- Aggregate and manage a prioritized backlog of these Products across the Enterprise and recommend actions to management to measure, track and optimize value captured
- Assist in structuring product demos, reviews, and retrospectives to gather feedback, iterate on product features, and drive continuous improvement of the lifecycle
- Guide the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions collaborating with BU and AI resources to capture the full value identified

Role Requirements
- 5-7 years of financial services technology experience in Wealth, Asset Management, Capital Markets in either a FinTech or Financial Institution
- Proven ability to influence business unit leaders in these three industries through experience, gravitas and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact
- 2-3 years experience working in roles on the business side of AI delivery including: engagement manager in consulting, or product manager in a FinTech or an end-user organization
- 2-3 years experience with the human aspects of change management to drive value capture from AI or other transformative/disruptive technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments
- Masters degree preferred, in a relevant field including for example an MBA with Business Analytics or a post-graduate qualification that included use of AI or analytics
