MLB Players Inc. is looking for a **Quality Assurance Manager** who will be responsible for overseeing the MLBPI Quality Assurance team whose responsibility is to review MLB Players Inc. and MLBPA-licensed products for compliance with license agreements, accuracy, and depicting players positively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct and execute upon an annual Quality Assurance business plan which:

- Defines relevant OKRs.
- Develops strategic and tactical plans to meet defined objectives.
- Effectively manage and maximize contributions of Quality Assurance Coordinators.
- Manage the overall approval process for all licensees, sponsors and business partners, and specifically handle assigned categories of approvals.
- Accurately respond to all approval submissions in a timely manner
- Flag potential approval issues and provide recommendations for resolution and/or compliance to licensing agreements.
- Monitor final product and marketing materials to enforce proper use of MLBPA and MLBPI rights and trademarks.
- Support quality assurance standards and processes, making recommendations for improvement when necessary.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, with excellent academic performance.
- Detail-oriented individual with relevant experience in licensing, specifically approval management.
- A passion and understanding of everything baseball, especially MLB players.
- Strong analytical skills, time management and task prioritization capabilities.
- Sound computer skills including proficiency with royalty reporting software.

VP, Licensing

**Location**:Hybrid - 2 to 3 days working in our NY office while working the rest of the week remotely.

**Salary**:$75,000 to $85,000
