- Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area.
- Interacting with clients and the general public, ensuring all visitors follow facility’s policy.
- Will be required to check all clients in and out of the facility appropriately
