Hauppauge, United States Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. Full time

Superior Washer and Gasket is seeking trainee or experienced Lathe operator in a conventional machine shop using Acer and LeBlond lathes and drill presses. Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade in machining and seeking a long term position with a solid company background. CNC Lathe experience a plus.
- Entry level full-time position or experienced.
- Pay $22 per hour to start.
- Pay Commensurate with experience.

**Hours**

Monday to Thursday

Working Hours - 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM

Friday

Working Hours - 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM

Break - 9:20 AM - 9:30 AM

Lunch Break - 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Operation of Conventional Acer and LeBlond Lathes.
- Select, align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines.
- Operation of Drill Presses
- Operation of Surface Grinding Machines
- CNC Lathe Experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with others
- Good work ethic
- Over time when needed.
