Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist. As a Manual Machinist, you will operate and maintain manual machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes and milling machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of dimensions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operation is preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is preferred
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
