**My Fit Foods **is a results based company that delivers meal prep, education, accountability, and results to people seeking to live a healthier lifestyle. We currently operate out of Houston, Denver, & Portland and are focused on becoming a nationwide brand. The company is currently operating as a start up and we’re in growth mode.
- **Our ideal hire **_is fitness and business oriented, communicative, can develop strong relationships quickly, and doesn’t have to be asked twice to get a job done, and wants to work hard in a start-up atmosphere. We also need someone who has great organizational skills, is results oriented, and has basic video/editing/photography skills with an iPhone.

My Fit Foods is seeking a Social Media Manager / Expert to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy, managing our social media presence, and driving engagement with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand's online persona and play a key role in expanding our digital footprint. _**You will be working directly with our Owner/CEO and his executive assistant. **_

**This isn’t “just” a Social Media role**. Our ideal hire will help shape My Fit Foods into being a household name. They will grow with the company and take on more business responsibilities as they learn more about the business. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be a high-level architect of our brand. We need someone who is ready to take our brand exposure and engagement to the next level and make a real impact in people’s lives. Our ideal person is someone who is passionate about fitness, business, and changing the health narrative one project at a time. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content while diving deep into analytics to drive engagement, increase followers, and convert them into loyal customers. We are looking to build our team with an individual that can truly highlight our story and produce projects we can be proud of

- Basic video/editing/photography skills: Whether it's snapping a pic or putting together a killer video, you know how to make our content shine.
- Willing to travel: This role might take you to different locations across states, so a sense of adventure is a definite plus

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Responsible for daily posting and scheduling on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter and Pinterest.
- Develop and forecast growth strategies
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage partnerships with businesses & brand ambassadors
- Be adept at maximizing views/followers by knowing trends and how to most effectively and efficiently distribute content.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Make daily recommendations to and work closely with our marketing team
- Work alongside the CEO & his Executive Assistant to assist in growing the business

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in a Social Media role
- 2+ years in a leadership / managerial / operations role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
