Major Position Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and production material to confirm that it conforms to specifications.- Conduct random visual and measurement tests at each station.- Inspect and approve reworked parts.- Check operator Process Control Records (PCRs) to ensure that the company quality policy is being upheld.- Document quantities produced, rework, and scrap.
- Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas- Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations- Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

Basic Qualifications:

- Competent in using basic measuring devices and able to learn how to use more complicated measuring tools.
- Familiarity with ISO and API standards is highly desirable.
