Dental Treatment Coordinator

A top notched, state of the art endodontic practice with offices in Palm Springs, CA and Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator with computer and people skills. We offer benefits including holiday pay, medical insurance, sick pay, retirement, bonuses and vacation. This position will be a 4-day work week, with an occasional 5-day work week. You will work in both offices, alternating days. It is approximately 10 miles between the offices. We will train you to use TDO software.
Daily tasks, but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments and manage the schedule
- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Verify insurance coverage and submit insurance claims electronically
**Experience**:
- Previous experience and knowledge of dental terminology is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
