Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct QA/QC inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality criteria
- Investigate customer complaints or product issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes, procedures, and results
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Handle RMA's with both customers and vendors through completion
- Assist in management of Inventory

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns or trends in quality data
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
