**Responsibilities**
Promptly answers all incoming internet inquires and maintains follow up through our CRM system with the goal of setting sales appointments
Answers all incoming sales calls providing the customer with basic information while following a script to reach the goal of setting a sales appointment.
Confirms all dealership sales appointments and follows up with any missed appointments in effort to reschedule
Participates in continuous training for professional development
**Qualifications**
Preferably at least one year customer service but not required. We will train
Hardworking and pleasant to work with
Positive attitude
Strong computer/phone skills
Enjoys helping others and speaking on the phone
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
