We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team in Peachtree City, GA

**Essential Job Duties**
- Investigate and resolve customer billing and payment discrepancies
- Prepare statements of accounts
- Manage incoming payments and record in the system
- Provide missing invoices and back-up paperwork for customers
- Reallocate misapplied payments and re-bill incorrect invoices
- Review accounts for delinquency and communicate with clients to request payment
- Arrange payment plans
- Work with 3rd-party collection teams and agents on past due accounts
- Enter adjustments and deductions into database
- Review and work account review reports in preparation for monthly meeting with management
- Review and work terminated agent reports
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Run and work daily call back reports

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Confident self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong typing skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Top-notch organizational skills
- Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Associate degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or related field

**Schedule**

In-Person, On-Site

Monday - Friday, can choose between 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm

Evans Delivery is part of The Evans Network of Companies, which has evolved over the last three decades from an asset heavy LTL trucking operation, into the largest asset light, independent Intermodal Drayage provider in North America. As of today, expanded operations includes Truckload, Flatbed LTL/Final Mile, Logistics & Transportation Solutions.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
