**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support includes Phone support and routine business unit visits to discuss pending issues.
- Assist Educators in the development and delivery of training and documentation for new software releases.
- Designs and uses information solutions and technology to support all areas of nursing, including the direct provision of care, establishing effective administrative systems, designing useful decision support systems, managing and delivering educational experiences, enhancing lifelong learning and supporting nursing research.

**Education and Experience**

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BSN or upon hire BSN completion agreement for enrollment in an accredited BSN Completion Program
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines). If hired prior to 1-1-14 in Winnebago County and prior to 9-1-14 in Rock, Walworth and McHenry Counties an ADN only is required.
Nursing Informatics Degree or Certification preferred

**Certification and Licensure**

RN license in the state of practice
Required to achieve and retain department assigned Computer Application certifications while in this role.
