- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or merchandising or 5+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years of merchandising experience in an IT e-commerce environment, with experience dealing with major brand vendors
- 3+ year of experience managing vendor P&L including MDF and Co-op accounts and utilization
- Extensive knowledge of various e-commerce marketing opportunities as well traditional media
- Able to compose and communicate analysis on internal and external trend changes
- Understanding of Marketing Principles and Retailing
- Ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Detail and result oriented with sense of urgency
- Excellent analytical, organizational and coordination skills
- Team-oriented and able to work in cross-functional environment

**Mental Functions**: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.
