At our shop located in the heart of DTLA, we sell a variety of tobacco glass pipes, water-pipes, glass bubblers, glass spoons, vaporizers, scales, electronic cigarettes, exotic drinks, snacks, and more We are a one-stop shop for all our customers needs We structure our team around our company’s core values; Professional, Accountable, Curious, High Energy, and Competitive. The Cashiers responsibilities include working side by side with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our variety of products and recommend the best items for the customer's needs. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Great customer service
- High energy, positive attitude & demeanor
- Punctual and reliable
- Works well with others
- 1 year retail and POS experience preferred
- CBD, Vape & Accessories, Tobacco & Accessories and Cannabis Accessories knowledge preferred

Job Duties:

- Greeting customers
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
- Learn and promote new products
- General cleaning and upkeep of the store
- Re-stocking
- Maintaining professional relationships with co-workers
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Achieving established sales goals

**Job Types**: Full-time

Starting Pay (DOE) : $17.00 - $18.00
