**Duties**:
**As a Energy Technology Program Specialist, you will**:

- Serve as a program specialist providing advice and expertise in transportation technology initiatives.
- Review and evaluate energy conservation program effectiveness and implementation.
- Maintain strategic relationship and collaborate with clean energy groups and supporting systems throughout the nation at Federal, State, and private industry levels.
- Provide input on program budget, monitor program milestones and funding constraints.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, papers, reports, and responses for internal and external audiences.

- You must be a U.S. Citizen or National.

- This position does not support 100% remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 2 days per pay period.
- This position is included in a Bargaining Unit.

**Qualifications**:

- Monitoring program transportation technology initiatives that improve energy efficiency and fuel economy.
- Assessing program budget and reporting funding constraints.
- Conducting briefings/presentations to disseminate program information and objectives to energy stakeholders.
