**Position: Business Analyst III - Appeals & Grievances**
**Location: Los Angeles, CA REMOTE**
**Duties**:
- Collaborat**e with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and R to provide insights for decision-making
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project success
- Create visual representations of business processes using Visio
- Perform server-side data processing and analysis
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Support the development of analytics solutions
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Experience with R for statistical analysis and data visualization
- Knowledge of server-side operations for data processing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management
- Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Data Analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of Analytics principles
Pay: $88,854.00 - $110,509.00 per year
