This position is expected to be 100% onsite. In order to meet security standards and protocols, all work is performed onsite at a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in the locations listed above. The Solutions Architect will be a part of a high-performing team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part in developing hardware and software solutions for our client’s proprietary programs. This role will include translating customer needs into detailed requirements for system integrated designs including system architectures for current operations and program growth, facility design, hardware selection, software selection and development, system integration, testing, and operations and maintenance (O&M).

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Identifies, evaluates and documents, complex computing system requirements.
- Provides technical leadership to create architectures and strategic directions for the design of complex computing systems.
- Evaluates industry trends and emerging technologies to determine strategic vision for delivery systems.
- Designs, builds and tests delivery systems and components.
- Evaluates product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments.
- Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of delivery systems.
- Perform and lead system integration; hardware and software installation, configuration, and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture.
- Install, configure, and maintain multi-platform systems, hardware, software, and components.
- Plan and coordinate highly complex software and hardware for enterprise release.
- Ensure systems conform to architectural objectives.
- Evaluate complex system production readiness and supportability.
- Perform the restoration of complex computing service operations.
- Perform complex system problem identification and resolution.
- Integrate security solutions into information systems.
- Monitor system performance to support capacity planning, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
- Use knowledge of both Hyperflex/UCS and Windows administration.

**Work Authorization**:
This position requires an active **Top Secret**/**Sensitive Compartmented Information** (**TS/SCI**) U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 5 years or more of experience troubleshooting complex network problems
- 5 years or more leadership experience

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
- 5 years or more of experience working with virtualized environment

**Typical Education/Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+15 years' related work experience, Master+18 years' related work experience, 24 years' related work experience, etc.)
