General Coatings Corporation is currently seeking a full time Superintendent in our San Diego Office to join our Waterproofing Department. A minimum of 3- year experience in waterproofing management role required.

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct construction estimating, scheduling, and build-out
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Utilize software tools that company has in place
- Review schematics and blueprints to guide construction teams effectively
- Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on job sites

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supervising construction projects specifically to waterproofing
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft's software
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to ensure projects meet OSHA regulations and safety standards

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
