**Purchasing & Service - Job Duties**:

- Maintains existing accounts and obtains orders.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating and tracking the production process and recommends solutions.
- Maintains and updates customer database.
- Maintains technical knowledge of product lifecycle.
- Contributes to sales and marketing strategy.
- Conducts stock checks in a warehouse.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Self-confidence when speaking on the phone with customers/suppliers.
- Ability to communicate detailed technical information with customers and supplier base orally and in written form.
- Ability to manage and monitor several different sources of information.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Preferred Education & Experience**:

- 5+ years of customer service experience in the aerospace industry.

**Compensation**:

- Commensurate with experience.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Successfully pass background and credit check.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
