**Schedule: Every other Wednesday + Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6pm-6am)**

**Pay Rate: Based on Experience and Qualifications, $22 - $28 p/hour + 10% shift Premium.**

**As a Production Supervisor you will**:

- Train, mentor, support, supervise and develop your team
- Coordinate with HR for appropriate staffing levels
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Monitor employees attendance and work performance, administer progressive discipline as needed
- Coordinate manpower requirements by decreasing/increasing personnel
- Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations. Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products
- Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications
- Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
- Deal with conflict and resolve difficult situations between personnel and peers as necessary
- Perform all other duties assigned

**We believe a successful Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Required
- Demonstrated 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Computer literacy, preferably with Microsoft software/ MRP system
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess and prioritize manufacturing activities to meet deadlines

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
