Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Hiring, managing, coaching, and training the serving staff.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, food production, and quality assurance.
- Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest service.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Utilize POS system for order processing and sales tracking.
- Coordinate with various departments (such as entertainment, production, and front-of-house) to ensure seamless execution of dinner show performances.
- Oversee ticketing and reservation systems to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage staffing schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and drive ticket sales.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe and inviting environment for guests and staff.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards.
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Proficiency in kitchen management, inventory control, and food safety practices.
- Knowledge of POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
