The position is located in the heart of downtown Sacramento within walking distance to light rail, farmer's market during the summer months, the Golden 1 Center, the California State Capitol, historical Old Sacramento and a variety of retailers, restaurants, and food trucks. Electric bike and scooter rentals and commuter bus access are readily available.

Additional Information

In addition to the regular salary, this classification is eligible for an annual recruitment and retention bonus as follows:
$2,400 after 12 or more qualifying months
$3,000 after 24 or more qualifying months
$3,600 after 36 or more qualifying months
$4,800 after 48 or more qualifying months

Please note that recruitment and retention bonus occurs every 12 consecutive qualifying pay periods in the Personnel Specialist classification
