**TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintains, waters, weeds, fertilizes, and harvest crops in the garden
- Repairs irrigation, poly hoses, sprinklers, and nozzles
- Plants, cultivates, and maintains crops;
- Operates weed whackers, tractors, pruning shears, utility vehicles, mowers, and other equipment;
- Operates large equipment and other tools to perform crop maintenance;
- Cleans garden grounds of trash and debris;
- Helps clean and maintain workspace/ shop;
- Monitors proper schedules of irrigation systems;
- Participates in weekend water schedule rotation;
- Help monitor and maintain pest control;
- Makes small repairs to and maintains equipment;
- May assist with other grounds maintenance and other duties within the farm;
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and;
- Consistently work independently or as part of a team when necessary.
