Overview:
**Duties**:

- Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships
- Utilize software tools such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in outbound calling or inside sales is a plus
- Familiarity with business development and market analysis
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct warm calling and telemarketing effectively
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous
- **Sales Experience**: Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably in a similar industry or selling similar products/services. This includes a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the product or service you're selling, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages. This allows you to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry landscape, including competitors, market trends, and customer needs. This helps you identify opportunities and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and articulating how your offering can address those needs.
- **Negotiation Skills**: The ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively is crucial in sales. This involves understanding customer objections and concerns and addressing them in a persuasive manner.
- **Self-Motivation and Drive**: As a 1099 sales rep, you'll often work independently and need to be self-motivated to prospect, follow up with leads, and drive sales results without direct supervision.
- **Organization and Time Management**: Effective organization and time management skills are important for managing leads, prioritizing tasks, and maximizing productivity.
- **Networking Abilities**: Building and maintaining a network of contacts within your industry can help you uncover new opportunities and generate leads through referrals.
