**OVERVIEW**:
Performs specific treasury functions to accomplish staff and operational objectives in areas including finance, banking, and investments. Assists in the reconciliation and administration of records and data resulting from Banking and Investment transactions. Operates, reconciles and controls various cash office petty cash funds.

**SCOPE**:
Responsible, under the general direction of the Finance & Insurance or Banking & Investment Advisors, for performing banking and finance procedures related to the Corporate Treasury functions.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:

- Reconcile accruals of management fees for benefit plan audit
- Reconcile accruals of rebates for benefit plan audit
- Form 5500 Schedule H
- Reconcile 30 Hedge Fund NAV statements versus Monthly JP Morgan reports
- Reconcile 10 Traditional Accounts NAV versus JP Morgan reports
- Assist with the preparation of the annual benefit plan audit of the Savings Plan (401k), RIP and Retiree Medical Payment Plan.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School or GED. College-level Accounting and/or Finance course work highly desired.
- Six (6) Years experience in accounting, credit, banking and/or collections preferred
- Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined.
- Aptitude for problem solving. Good knowledge of Company's accounting system, procurement system, and cash management system. Must have analytic work experience and be able to represent the Division with other Division Heads, vendors and other third parties. Must be able to carry out responsibilities independently.
- Must be well groomed and dress in a professional manner consistent with the work being performed. Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette.
- Experience with PowerBI data source query for data analysis and reporting required
