Are you a dedicated and experienced **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** seeking an exciting opportunity in the beautiful Volusia County, specifically in the Palm Coast area? Look no further We are currently hiring BCBA professionals to join our team.

**Position Details**:

- ** Location**: Volusia County, Florida (Palm Coast area)
- ** Work Settings**: Primarily home-based cases
- ** Contract Options**: Choose between a **1099 contract** or a **W2 contract** based on your preference.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments (such as Vineland, BASC-3, and others relevant to client needs).
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Perform Functional Assessments to guide treatment planning.
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, daycare staff, and community personnel.
- Continuously analyze data to inform treatment adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid BCBA certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in home-based settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Volusia County resources and community services.
