As a BCBA at Little Champs, you will play a crucial role in assessing and developing behavior intervention programs to support the unique needs of our young clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to therapy.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, plans, and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
