Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, Tech Savvy, and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field of human resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the HR Organizational Leader in managing the HR helpdesk, responding to employee inquiries, and providing guidance on HR matters. Serve as a resource for employees seeking information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials and new hire orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements
- Assisting with moving paper files to electronic files.
- Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing key metrics and insights.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, documenting employee concerns, and recommending solutions.
- Assist with the coordination of employee feedback surveys and the analysis of results.
- Help maintain employee communication channels and disseminate relevant information to employees.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
