**Infor Syteline Support Specialist**

Requirement: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR

Classification: Full Time, exempt

Department: Finance

Industry: Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line support and assistance to users using Syteline.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to Syteline functionality, configuration, and integration.
- Collaborate with senior support staff and system administrators to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
- Document and track user issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base.
- Assist in user training sessions and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Syteline features and functionalities.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities related to system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

**Working Conditions**:
Primarily in an office environment, on-site in Phoenix, AZ

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in technical support or helpdesk role utilizing Syteline in one or more functional areas.
- Willingness and drive to learn and master all functionality of Syteline.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
