**Overview**
Axle is seeking a highly ambitious, adaptable, structured, and detail-oriented **Scientific Program Manager **to join our vibrant team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director (OD), Office of Science Management and Operations (OSMO).
**Technical Requirements**:

- Provide high level and strategic advisory and consultative services to the NIAID Deputy Director for Science Management (DDSM) in the following areas:

- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility
- Workplace Civility and Culture
- Anti-Harassment
- OSMO leadership hiring process
- CARES Act Construction Project
- CARES Act Records Repository
- Support to the NIAID CARES Construction Project Director
- OSMO Initiatives
- Provide assistance on matters of emergent need that require strategic and/or consultative services.
- Attend meetings related to the above activities and/or others as determined by the DDSM.

**Specific Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of nine (9) years of related experience.
- Demonstrates knowledge of broad range of scientific and technical areas.
- Demonstrates strong managerial experience.
- Demonstrates expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
