Location: Coral Gables University of Miami Campus
Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Sunday & Monday evenings, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Our team of dedicated security professionals works around the clock to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ properties, assets, and personnel.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized persons and potential security threats.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers, when required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when needed.
- Perform any other security-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- **Must** be qualified for** Level 3** Unarmed Security Officer status.
- Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, or military background is required. At least 3 years of Security experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security administration or similar field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position, including patrolling the premises regularly.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED is desirable.
